Author Julie Falk graduated from Saybrook University’s doctoral program in humanistic, existential, and transpersonal psychology with a strong interest in the therapeutic aspects of narrative. She has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for more than a decade, along with life story courses, mindful movement, and the practice of Focusing. She chairs the Behavioral Health Task Force for her county in Pennsylvania as well as the CE committee for Division 32. She is the co-editor, with Louis Hoffman, of Becoming an Existential-Humanistic Therapist: Narratives from the Journey.
