Article Submission Guidelines

Instructions to Authors

The Existential-Humanist began publication in 1996 and is now offered online. It publishes written expressions of any literary form that relate to human life in general and to the field of existential-humanistic psychology in specific; these typically include articles, essays, letters, interviews, critical reviews, anecdotes, or poems. We welcome contributions from all philosophical, psychological and psychotherapeutic perspectives. The editors make no effort to achieve a consensus of opinion or belief.

Submission of a manuscript implies commitment to publish in the newsletter. Manuscripts must be original papers that have not been published previously and that are not currently under review elsewhere. Please do not use sexist language; for instance, avoid using masculine pronouns to refer to all human beings. Please include a short biography with your submission. Due to the heavy load of editorial work, manuscripts may be rejected without explanation.

Manuscripts will not be returned.
